The signup for the 2018 UK Rising Star Hotel Chef Competition is officially open.

We welcome all Chef's working within Hotel Restaurants, between the ages of 18-30, to enter this fantastic culinary competition, for the chance to win some fantastic prizes, and be crowned the UK's best young Hotel Chef.
