The 2019 Final took place on 5th March, and saw some of the countries most talented young hotel chefs go head to head, cooking a main course dish from a mystery selection of ingredients. After a hard fought competition, Isaac Griffin from Manchester's Mamucium was announced as the winner, with his dish of pan-fried chicken breast with crispy chicken skin and pancetta and white kidney bean ragu, served with potato pearls and thyme glazed carrots; plated on Willow, earning a trip for 2 to NYC and a culinary tour of the city, along with £2500 worth of Steelite product for his hotel restaurant.
