The signup for the 2020 Steelite Hotel Chef Competition is set to open on Sunday 1st December 2019.
We welcome all junior - mid level chef's working within Hotel's and Hotel Restaurants, to enter this fantastic culinary competition, for the chance to win some fantastic prizes, and be crowned the Great Britain's best Hotel Chef.
