Robert Gordon’s Potter’s Collection spotted at Bachour Miami

Unique, natural and extraordinary, Rober Gordon’s Potter’s Collection has been spotted at Bachour Miami, a flagship bakery and restaurant in Miami which serves delicate pastries and desserts with a distinctive touch.

With industrial styled display cases lining the walls and a glass walled kitchen which allows guests to see the chefs creations come together, the bakery and restaurant offers a completely unique dining experience. Opened recently by Antonio Bachour, winner of the best pastry chef at the International 2018 Best Chef Awards, Bachour Miami has quickly become renowned for serving intricate desserts which are true works of art. The dish pictured illustrates this perfectly, showing a stunning pear compote, pear mousse and almond cake which has been beautifully presented on Robert Gordon’s Potter’s tableware. With swirling embossments which frame the centre of the plate, the carefully selected tableware accentuates the vibrant colour and glossy texture of the eye catching dessert perfectly.
