Craft Liquorice spotted at Amelie Restaurant, Cambridge

Craft Liquorice has been spotted at Amelie Flammekueche, a new concept restaurant in Cambridge which is renowned for serving home-cooked flatbreads, houmous, and flammekueche, a French dish which originates from the eastern region of Alsace. Light, fuss free and bursting with authentic flavours, the new concept restaurant has become a hit with both locals and tourists. The dish pictured illustrates this perfectly, showing a delicious looking starter which has been beautifully presented on a Craft Liquorice plate. One of the latest additions to the ever popular Craft collection, the new Liquorice Colourway made the perfect choice for presenting the starter as the lustrous black glaze contrasts beautifully with the cuisine, making for a simple yet enticing presentation.
