A delicious Craft sighting at Meril restaurant in New Orleans

With a large open style kitchen, a laid back atmosphere, and a diverse menu which showcases some of Lagasse’s favourite culinary delights, Meril has quickly become a firm favourite with both locals and tourists. The dish pictured illustrates this perfectly, showing a delicious looking main which is presented on a Craft White plate. With a rich gem-like glaze and subtle details which occur by chance in the heart of the kiln, the carefully selected catering crockery complements the natural colours and textures of the dish perfectly.
