Brown and Blue Dapple sighted at Vermutería Chipén, Madrid

Set in the Mercure Madrid Plaza de Espana hotel, Vermutería Chipén is a modern restaurant and bar which is renowned for serving traditional hot and cold tapas which are complemented by over 60 different types of vermouth. With a laid-back ambience and a menu which is bursting with authentic Spanish dishes with modern twists, the restaurant is hugely popular with both locals and tourists. The cuisine pictured reflects this perfectly, showing a traditional Spanish spread which has been served on Steelite International’s Blue Dapple and Brown Dapple plates. With a pristine white glaze and simple colourful borders, the carefully selected catering plates add a dash of colour and style to the tabletop, all whilst complementing the simple yet delicious cuisine served.
