Steelite International are delighted to share their latest partnership with Marriot Hotels Group to present an exclusive insight into The Westin’s first UK-based hotel, The Westin London City.

Boasting fluid design and modern aesthetic, The Westin London City occupies a genteel pocket of London, perched on the banks of the river Thames. Designed by Dexter Moran Associates; a British interior design firm behind some of London’s most namely hotels, the Westin’s signature style is defined through its warm taupe tones, contemporary furnishings, and a pleasurable sense of architectural know-how that beautifully transcends its natural surroundings.

This partnership presents #TheArtofPresentation from the unique architectural qualities to the style and design of the dining outlets that bring this unique experience to life.

Lead interior designer, Ed Murray commented: “When we design a space, we take everything into consideration, materials, light, from the design of the furniture to the plate the food is served on.

“The Art of Presentation is everything.”

To curate an aesthetic landscape, the brand’s look and feel was approached from a fresh perspective, creating a space that would truly encompass contemporary elegance. With careful consideration of tabletop solutions, Steelite International worked closely with The Westin to deliver a series of innovative serveware for their destination restaurants, wine bar, and breakfast buffet offerings.

The hotel’s Director of Food and Beverage, Peter Bradley said: “We knew we had the opportunity to work with the best. Everything we use to present food and beverage is a way of representing ourselves to our guest. It’s about the customer knowing that there has been thought, time and effort going into every single touch point.”
