Investors in People

Investors in People was formed in 1991 to help UK organisations and their employees make the most of their abilities. Two decades later, the accreditation is proudly held by businesses of all sizes that meet the Investors in People standards. Results can be transformational. The Investors in People Framework underpins everything we do. It was designed by business, for business. Written in consultation with customers, employees and people management specialists, it provides a path to organisational change.

The benchmark for any well-run organisation, it signals to our customers and employees our commitment to good business and people management excellence.

We have held the IIP Standard for over 13 years and were most recently reassessed against the accreditation in 2013.
