Koto sighted at the award winning Castlehill Restaurant in Dundee

Koto from the Steelite International Distinction range has been sighted at the award winning Castlehill restaurant in Dundee.
Situated close to a picturesque waterfront, Castlehill brings an authentic taste of Scotland all the way to Australia with chef Graham Campbell sourcing and foraging authentic ingredients, textures and flavours where ever possible. The cuisine served is a reflection of this as the pictures shows a vibrant and exciting dish which is served on Koto catering crockery.
Inspired by ancient Japanese Tenmoku glazes and hand finished with a rich and lustrous glaze, Koto compliments the authentic cuisine beautifully, accentuating the vibrant and fresh colours of the dish whilst also exuding a warm and welcoming ambience.
